Basically you 'dress' the table and decorate and there is a contest. The theme is 'Shabby Chic' which means, in this case, mismatched items and decor.
We will be serving the scones, tea sandwiches and sweets at the table on a 3 tier crystal plate stand and if your guests need more let the servers know. You will also need to keep an eye on the tea in the teapot and make sure to keep it full of tea.
There will be a tea station for you to refill the teapot.
You can invite seven of your friends to your table or open seating. If you only have say four friends attending the tea, then we will fill your seats with additional guests. When your guest purchased tickets on line have them fill out your name in the note section that they want to sit at your table.
You would be responsible for setting up your table on Friday, May 20th. Also the breakdown of the table after the tea. There is a kitchen to wash your dishes or you can pack them up and take them home to wash. That's basically it.

Robin Wolfenden created this masterpiece exclusively for our fundraiser! The artwork is in the background on our electronic invites and will be used for the programs and all print material. She will raffled her stunning piece at our Royal Tea and the proceeds will go to the Quantum House.
