Q1: WHAT ITEMS WILL I NEED FOR MY TABLE?

You will need the following items for your table:
• Table cloth overlay
• 8 Teacups & saucers
• 8 Dessert Plates
• 8 Knives, fork, dessert fork, spoon
• 8 Water glasses
• 1-2 Teapots
• 8 Cloth napkins
• Creamer & sugar bowl
• Sugar tongs or spoon
• Lemon fork & small bowl
• 2 Small bowls for clotted cream with spoons
• 2 Small bowls for jam with spoons
• Water pitcher
Q2: HOW DO I TRANSPORT MY ITEMS?
A: You can use the box or plastic bin & cart or cooler on wheels or whatever you use to bring in your dishes, teacups and items. You will need to bring them out as well so save your boxes or cart..
Q3: SO DO WE BRING HOME ALL OUR DIRTY DISHES ?
A: They have a kitchen if you want to wash them at QH.
Q4: HOW WILL THE SCONES, TEA SANDWICHES AND SWEETS BE PRESENTED?
A: The food will be refrigerated and prepared in the kitchen. The three tiered plate stands will be filled and brought out to the tables at the same time by the volunteers. If you bring your own you will need to have your name on it and table number (table numbers will be decided closer in to the date) We will have a section set aside for the ambassadors 3 tiered plate stands. I will see if I can get a dedicated person to attend to the ambassador tables.
Q5: WHEN CAN WE SET UP OUR TABLE?
A: On Saturday Morning from 9am-10am. I really would like for all the tables to be set up by 10am at the latest. If you would like to get in early, please contact me and I will see if I can make arrangements.
Q6: CAN YOU GIVE ME MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE 3 TIER CRYSTAL PLATE STAND ?
A: Yes! I would love too! I made them. They are fragile and once they are placed on the table by the servers I suggest not to move them. Just serve off of them. The best way to move them if you must is to lift the bottom plate and place your hand underneath. They are secure just can not be tossed about and it is best not to use the top plate to move them.
Q7: WHAT TIME DO YOU WANT THE AMBASSADORS THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
Saturday May 21st 2016 I would like our tea Ambassadors to be at the Quantum House no later than 10am the day of the event. That will give us ample time to pitch in a hand for last minute tasks.
Q8: CAN I DONATE TO THE SILENT AUCTION?
A: Yes! Yes, Please! We welcome items and services to donate to our Quantum House Silent Auction. Anyone interested please contact Lizz at the Quantum House 561.494.0515 or myself. We would like the items no later than Thursday, May 18 2016 and you can drop off the items at the QH address 987 45th Street, West Palm Beach Florida 33407
Q9: Can I donate to the Guest gift bags?
A: Yes! Yes, Please! We welcome items and services to donate to our Quantum House Gift Bags. Anyone interested please contact Lizz at the Quantum House 561.494.0515 or myself. We would like the items no later than Thursday, May 18 2016 and you can drop off the items at the QH address 987 45th Street, West Palm Beach Florida 33407 We will place the items in the bags for you. We will need 150 pieces of the items you are donating.

Q11: CAN I TOUR THE QUANTUM HOUSE?
A: Yes! Please we welcome and encourage you to tour the Quantum House in advance of the event to make yourself familiar with the facility and all it has to offer for the families. It is a VERY moving experience!
